Best stay we've had in ages and we looked at a fair few places before booking. The room was spot on, the staff remembered our names by the second morning and the breakfast was properly good. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Compared with the usual chain hotels near the motorway, this felt a bit more like a proper place to stay. The bed was good and the room was quiet, which I wasn't expecting next to a main road. The wifi dropped out a couple of times in the evening, otherwise no complaints at all.

Booked a double room for a long weekend in the city centre. Check in was fine but the room was smaller than the photos made it look and the lift was out, so we were carrying bags up the stairs. Staff sorted us a late checkout which helped a bit.

Have been booking with Constance for about eight years now, mostly the coastal resort for a week in the spring. The rooms are always clean and the staff remember us, which is nice. Only niggle this time was the booking page kept timing out when I tried to add the spa treatment, so I rang and they sorted it over the phone within ten minutes. Would still book again.

We needed somewhere close to the hospital for my dad's appointments, and this was the cheapest decent option that wasn't miles out. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff let us store a bag for the day. Good value for what we paid, and the booking took two minutes.

Looked at three other breaks along the coast before settling on this one. Booking was quick and the price was lower than the rest for the same dates. The stay itself was just what we wanted, friendly staff and a proper breakfast. Would book again.

I've stayed with them for about eight years now for work trips and the rooms have stayed consistent. Only niggle is their confirmation emails sometimes land in spam, so check your folder.

Needed a cheap night near the station after missing the last train and this came up first. Booked it on my phone in about a minute. Room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were really nice about me turning up late.

I can say without hesitation that the stay was a pleasant one. The rooms were well kept and the staff were courteous throughout our visit. I would happily book again.
