Clipper Vacations

I needed to book a week in Cornwall for my nan's birthday and I had never booked a holiday online before, so I was nervous about putting my card details in. The steps were easy to follow and the site told me what I was paying for before I confirmed. The holiday cottage was clean and the host had left welcome details in the booking. Really glad I went with them for the first trip.

booked a flight and hotel to Malaga through them. flight was fine, hotel was fine. just the refund for a cancelled transfer took about three weeks and i had to message them twice to chase it up. got there in the end tho

Honestly this is the best site for booking a package holiday I've come across, and I've booked a fair few over the years. The flight and hotel bundle came out cheaper than booking them separately, and the transfer details were in my account the same day. Our Lanzarote trip ran without any surprises.

We needed a last minute long weekend away after a really rough month and I'd used a few booking sites before so I knew what I wanted. The search filters actually work properly, you can filter by pet friendly and parking and it doesn't throw random places at you. Got a cottage in the Peak District with the dates we wanted and the confirmation came straight through.

Compared to the other booking site I normally use this was dearer for the same Bath hotel and the cancellation rules were stricter. Had to pay a fee to change dates, which annoyed me. Would look elsewhere next time.

I compared this with two other sites before booking a city break to Edinburgh and the prices here were noticeably lower for the same hotel. Booking took a few minutes and the emails were clear about check in times. Happy with it.

Booking a week in Devon was good value and better than the other two sites I looked at. My only real gripe was that I asked a question about the room layout and it took three days to get a reply, which felt a bit long. The stay itself was lovely.

The hotel we picked in Harrogate for our anniversary was exactly as shown on the site, with a proper bath and a view over the gardens. The booking itself went through without any bother, though I did wait just over two days for the confirmation email, which had me a little worried until my husband pointed out it was the weekend. I'd have liked a quicker reply, but the trip was lovely and we'd book again.

Looked at three sites for a Manchester weekend and this one came out cheapest for the same hotel. Booked in about five minutes on my laptop and the trip went smoothly. Would use again.

Booked a Brighton weekend away on the app with my mates, and it was dead easy to split the cost between us. The hotel pictures were pretty accurate and the room was a bit small but fine for a couple of nights. Confirmation came quick and we got a reminder the day before, which was helpful.
