Looked at a few sightseeing boats before picking this one and it came in a bit above the rest on price. The trip itself was smooth and the boat was clean. Reckon it's worth it if you're going with kids.

I have been going on the Thames trips for about fifteen years now, and what stands out most is the guide who was on the boat last month. He pointed out the old warehouse where my dad used to work and I got a bit emotional. The boats are kept clean and the staff remember regulars, which I like.

The ticket price was lower than the other operators and the trip was a full hour with the commentary included, which is good value for the money. Checked in at the pier without any fuss and the crew kept things moving. Only complaint is the toilets were a bit of a walk.

We needed something for my mum's 70th that wasn't a meal out, and a river trip seemed like the easy option. I looked at a few boat tours and a harbour tour and this one came out in the middle on price. Booking was clear enough but the confirmation email took most of a day to arrive, and the boat was quite crowded so we didn't get a table. Still a nice afternoon.

Booked the evening Thames sunset cruise for my wife's birthday and it was spot on. Boat left on time, the commentary was lively without being annoying, and the view past the Tower was worth the price on its own. Seats near the back are fine if you want to be outside.

Went with these instead of the open top bus tour and honestly it was way better, you actually get to see stuff from the water. Only thing was the app kept logging me out when I tried to change my time, so I just rang them. Easy enough.

Way nicer than the other one I tried, which was packed and smelt of diesel. These guys had proper seats and the views were class. Booked it the night before and no problems.

Easily the best value for a London river trip once you've looked around. Compared it with two other operators and this one had the most sailings and the cheapest family ticket. Booking took five minutes on the site and the crew were friendly the whole way round.

Needed something to do with the group after exams and this was the cheapest decent option I could find. Booked on the site, got the tickets straight away and the boat was actually really fun. Would go again no question.

Compared a few river boat trips before picking this one for a stag do. The booking page was fine, but the group rate needed a phone call and it took two days to get anyone back. The boat itself was comfortable enough once we were on it.
