Campcruisers

Compared a few campervan hire sites before booking and Campcruisers came out cheaper for the same dates, which is why we went with them. The van was clean and the handover was quick, though the fuel level wasn't mentioned until we were already at the depot so we had to sort that out on the spot. Would use them again for a long weekend away.

The mattress in the pop-top was a proper decent thickness, which we hadn't expected from a hire vans. Booking was simple, we did it on the site in one go. Handover was on time and the van was spotless, and I'd happily go back.

Yeah they're good for what they do, booked a campervan for a week in Cornwall and it all went through fine. Only thing was the confirmation email took about a day to come through and I was sat there wondering. Van was in good nick when we picked it up though, so no complaints really.

We needed a motorhome for a week in the Lakes in August because our usual place fell through and we had to find something quick. Price was the main thing for us, and after checking the usual hire sites they came out with the lowest total for the dates. Pickup was on time and the van was clean enough, though the extras they tried to add at the till felt a bit much.

Five trips in and this is the only firm we use for our motorhome holidays now. The van was well kept and the sat nav was set up before we arrived. Booking through the site is simple and the paperwork is never a fuss.

Looked at four different campervan companies and the layout in this one was the thing that made us choose it, with a fixed double at the back and a proper kitchen unit. It was easy to book and we had a clear checklist on the email. The van came with a full tank and the hire period was exactly what we paid for. We'd book with them again for the Lake District trip next year.

We booked the campervan for a short break in the Peak District, having looked at the photos on the website. When we collected it, the van was smaller inside than the pictures had led us to believe, and the bed converted with some difficulty. The staff were polite but it took a few calls before anyone could sort out the seating arrangement.

Compared it with a couple of other hire firms and Campcruisers was a little dearer once the extras were added on. This was our first time hiring a campervan so I wasn't sure what to expect. The booking form asked for lots of details and the pick-up time moved once. The van was great once we had it and the staff were helpful when we rang with questions.

We needed a van for a family wedding in Scotland and everywhere else was booked up for the weekend. Campcruisers had one free and the booking took minutes. The handover was smooth, the van had everything we needed, and the kids loved the bunk above the cab.

Booked a campervan for a weekend festival run and it was all done on the app in about five minutes. The van itself was fine and the awning went up easily. Only niggle was the gas bottle was nearly empty and nobody had mentioned it so we had to pick one up ourselves.
