Going direct to the airline was around sixty pounds more for the same Dublin flight, which is why I went this way. Payment and confirmation were quick and the booking reference matched the airline record. Simple and it did the job.

Booked the hotel and flight bundle for Lisbon and the confirmation email came through ages after I paid, so I rang them twice to check it had gone through. Customer service was slow to pick up and the hotel name was wrong on the voucher. Sorted in the end but wasn't great, would not bother again.

Found a return to Faro for me and the two kids about £90 less than the same flights on the airline's own site, and the price shown at the end was the price I paid, no extra card fees added on. Took maybe twenty minutes start to finish. The seat selection cost a bit extra but I'd have paid that anyway. Would book this way again.

Booked a quick Dublin weekend on the app while waiting for the bus. Easy to pick dates and the seat map worked fine on my phone. Got the boarding pass in the app straight after.
