We needed somewhere cheap to stay near the venue for a wedding and this fitted the budget. Booked a two bed apartment for four nights. Check in was simple and the price didn't change between searching and paying. Good value for what we got.

Our plans fell through and we needed a break fast. Found a barn conversion in the Peaks through the site and booked it that evening. Dates were available and the confirmation came straight away. Simple.

Booked the cottage in Cornwall for half term on the site on my phone while waiting for the kids' school bus. Was easy enough to pick dates and pay. The confirmation email took a while to turn up though, sat in spam for ages, so I rang them and they resent it. Fine once sorted, just a bit of a faff.

Compared a few sites for a festival weekend stay and these were way cheaper than the others. Only niggle is the deposit is taken upfront and the balance date is a bit early. Otherwise smooth.

Having let property for a good twenty years I looked closely at the listing before booking. The floor plan and photos matched what we found, the heating controls were clear, and the owner's notes were detailed. Useful and accurate.

Booked the cottage with the hot tub in the Brecon Beacons for my wife's birthday. Checked in on the app and the door code worked first time. Hot tub was ready and clean, perfect for the weekend.

honestly the flexible dates thing is what sold it for me. you can shift your stay by a day either side without it costing extra. booked a long weekend in Brighton and the place was lovely, bit of a wait for a reply on one question but nothing major.

Been using them for years now and they've never let us down. We've booked the same cottage in Pembrokeshire every October and the owner always sorts any little issue fast. Easy to change dates if the weather turns, and the price has stayed sensible.

Good place, the cottage was clean and close to the coast, but getting the check in code took ages because the host didn't reply to my messages for a day. Booked it from the app on the bus and it was easy enough otherwise.
