Honestly compared it to the big travel sites and this was way cheaper for the same hotel, like nearly a hundred quid less for the week. Took ages to get through the payment part on my phone though, kept timing out. Once it was booked everything was fine, the transfer driver had my name on a sign.

The transfer driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign with our name spelled right, which I didn't expect after a delayed flight. We'd booked the villa, the flights and the airport transfer through them and the timings all lined up. The only thing I'd flag is the cancellation terms are buried in the small print, so read those before you pay.

Booked the three island hop package through the site because it was the cheapest I could find for the dates. Flights and two nights' hotel came out well under what I'd have paid booking separately. The only thing is the boat transfer between islands was an hour later than the itinerary said, so we lost part of the first afternoon. Fair enough for the money.

After a rough year with my husband's health I really needed a proper break and my daughter suggested this company. We've used them for six trips now and they're always reliable. The coach to the hotel was clean and the driver helped with the bags. We'll be back.

Really well run from start to finish, the rep at the resort sorted everything without fuss and the excursions were exactly as described. Would happily go with them again for a family trip next year. Good value once you add it all up.
