Booked a cheap weekend in Palma through them and the price was the main reason. The site was a bit clunky on my phone so I ended up using the laptop instead. Hotel was basic but clean and the room was ready when we got there. Would be a bit more careful picking the area next time though.

Worth it, we paid less than we'd have spent on a package with the big operators for the same flights and a decent hotel. The booking form was clear and they confirmed the transfers by email the same day. Hotel was a bit further from the beach than the photos suggested, but the shuttle ran on time. Would book again for another week in the spring.

Compared with the same flights through one of the big operators, BCM came out about a fair bit cheaper for a week in Mallorca, and the hotel was the same standard. The booking itself took a while to go through on the app because it kept timing out on my card payment, so I had to retry twice. Once it was done the trip itself was fine and I'd book again for the price.

We wanted a small group trip round the Serra de Tramuntana without a rigid itinerary, and they sorted the minibus, the walking guide and two nights in Sóller without us chasing anyone. The guide knew which cove had the quiet swimming spot and which café to skip. Payment was straightforward and the confirmation came through within the hour.
