I had looked at booking the coach trip through the usual travel agent in town, and this was noticeably cheaper for what we got, which was a proper hotel and two excursions included. The confirmation came through promptly and the person I spoke to on the phone was patient with my questions about mobility. We had a lovely week in Tenerife and I'd be happy to use them again.

We needed a package holiday that kept the kids entertained and the budget sensible, so I used them for a week in Crete. The booking was simple enough but the price was a touch higher than I'd seen elsewhere for the same hotel. The resort itself was as described.

I've been on a lot of coach holidays so I knew what I wanted from the booking, mainly a clear itinerary and sensible rest stops. The itinerary was vague about the second day and the rest stops were fewer than I expected. Accommodation was fine.
