Honestly this is a solid bit of kit and I'd go with it again. Booked it on the site and it was all clear what I was paying. The only thing was the cable was shorter than I hoped so I had to move the unit closer to the socket. Otherwise no real issues and it's been running well for a few weeks now.

Went with this over the cheaper brand my mate uses, mainly because of reviews. It's a bit more money each month for what feels like the same thing. Setting it up took longer than I expected and I had to message support twice. It works fine now though.

The step by step guide that came with the device was the first thing I noticed, and it was written in plain English which I appreciated. I was able to get it going myself without ringing anyone. Customer service was polite when I did need to ask something. A very satisfactory purchase.

I have been with them for years now and the set up has always been fine. The price went up a bit at my last renewal, and it took a couple of phone calls to get the new amount explained. The service itself still works well and the picture is as good as it always was, so I have stuck with them.
