The step by step guide that came with the device was the first thing I noticed, and it was written in plain English which I appreciated. I was able to get it going myself without ringing anyone. Customer service was polite when I did need to ask something. A very satisfactory purchase.

This one had the features I wanted at a sensible price, and the setup was easier than the others I tried. The instructions were clear enough that I didn't need to phone anyone. I needed a replacement part after the old one stopped working unexpectedly, so I went online. The order itself was easy to place and the confirmation came through promptly. However the item took nearly two weeks to arrive, which was longer than the site suggested. Once it did arrive it worked well and the instructions were clear.
I have been with them for years now and the set up has always been fine. The price went up a bit at my last renewal, and it took a couple of phone calls to get the new amount explained. The service itself still works well and the picture is as good as it always was, so I have stuck with them.
