My car needed a new clutch and I didn't have the money sitting around, so I went looking for a short term loan. I'd compared a few lenders before settling on this one because the eligibility checker was upfront about what I could get. Approval came through quickly and the funds arrived the next working day, which was exactly what I needed.
Read moreI work in financial services so I know roughly what to expect from a lender, and the rate here is reasonable for the risk. The thing that stood out was how long the identity checks took, a couple of days of back and forth with them asking for the same bank statement twice. Once that was sorted the money went in quickly and the schedule is easy to follow. A bit frustrating but not a dealbreaker.
Read moreThe eligibility checker was the first thing I noticed, it told me what I could borrow before I did a full application so my credit file wasn't touched. Application took about ten minutes on my phone, money hit my account the next working day. Only niggle was the app asked me to re-upload a payslip twice because the photo was a bit blurry, which was annoying but fine once it went through.
Read moreThe best bit was that I could pay the loan off early without any charge, the site worked out the new balance straight away when I put in the extra money. Only thing that bugged me was the card payment page timed out once so I had to start again, but the money showed up on my account the same day.

I needed to borrow for my first flat deposit so I was nervous about the whole thing. Signing up was simple and the calculator showed me exactly what the monthly payment would be. The money took a bit longer than I thought, about three working days, but it did come through.
I'd happily use them again, they were quick to reply when I phoned and the terms were laid out plainly. Only small quibble was the call took a while to connect.
Needed to cover a bill that was due and this was the fastest I could find. Got approved within the hour and the money came the next morning. Interest is on the high side but it did the job.
