We needed something bigger once the kids started having friends round and the old sofa just didn't cut it any more. Compared a few places and this one had the best range for the money. The order went through but the delivery slipped by a couple of days, which was annoying. Sofa is comfy and the fabric has held up to the dog so far.

The sofa arrived with a torn cover on one of the seat cushions and I had to send a photo before they would sort it out. The reply took about three days which was longer than I wanted. Once the replacement came the sofa is good and comfy, but the delay was frustrating. Ordering and the price were fine, just a bit of a faff at the start.

This is pretty much the same style as the sofa I had been eyeing up at another retailer, but it came in a fair bit cheaper. Ordering was fine. The fabric looks almost identical in person. Still early days but no complaints.

I would say this is a very good sofa and I am pleased I chose it. The team were polite when I rang with a question about the fabric and the delivery men were courteous and careful with the furniture.

The sofa bed is the bit I was after and the fold out is surprisingly simple, one pull and it's flat. I know a fair bit about sofa beds from fixing my mate's old one, and the mattress on this is thicker than most at this price. Ordering was smooth and it arrived in good order.

Compared this against a couple of the big flatpack brands and the difference in build was obvious. The frame is solid, the fabric is a proper weave and the legs are not the flimsy plastic you get elsewhere. Checkout was quick and they kept me updated on the delivery day.

The sofa bed fold out is the thing that sold me, one pull and it's flat, no wrestling with bars. I'd looked at a couple of other shops first and most of them had fiddly mechanisms. Put it together with the two seater for the spare room and it's already been used by three guests. Happy with it all round.

Bought the corner sofa in grey and it is comfy. Ordered on the site, delivered in a few days, the chaise is big enough to lie on. Would get another one for the spare room.

Ordered the velvet armchair for my bedroom after seeing it on a friend's Instagram. Checkout was easy and the chair came well wrapped. It's a bit smaller than I expected but it fits the corner nicely and the colour is lovely.
