Needed to replace a settee that had sagged badly after years of use. Looked around at a few places and this one had the clearest delivery info. Placed the order, got a text the day before, and the sofa arrived in good shape. Seats are firm enough and the back supports well.
Read moreWe needed a cheap sofa for the lounge quickly as the old one was falling apart. The price looked good but the sofa is a bit lower than I expected and the seat is quite shallow. The delivery came later than promised and nobody let me know until the day before. Not a disaster but not what I hoped for.
Read moreGot the two seater for the bedroom in the end because it fits the space and the arms are narrower than the usual ones. Checked the site on my phone and the checkout was fine even on a slow connection. It came flat packed and took about twenty minutes to put together with the instructions. Chair is comfy and the fabric is soft and easy to wipe down so far. Only been a week but really happy with it.
Read moreThe sofa arrived with a torn cover on one of the seat cushions and I had to send a photo before they would sort it out. The reply took about three days which was longer than I wanted. Once the replacement came the sofa is good and comfy, but the delay was frustrating. Ordering and the price were fine, just a bit of a faff at the start.
The first thing I noticed was the colour, which looked a little greyer than the photos on the site, though the sofa itself is fine. I compared it with two other sites and this was the most expensive for a similar size. Delivery was on time and the drivers were pleasant. It does the job but I would have liked a clearer colour swatch before ordering.
