Compared with my usual wine shop, this site gives a much better spread of bottles for the money, and I've been a regular for years now. The white Rioja I've been buying is always well chilled on arrival. Customer service has always been polite when I've needed them, and I trust the descriptions.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years and the wine itself is still fine, but the delivery has got really slow lately. My last order sat at the depot for four days before it moved, and the customer service email I sent about it took nearly a week to get a reply. Prices have crept up too, so I'm not sure I'll bother much longer.
Read moreI've bought the sparkling rosé from them more times than I can count now, it's the one thing I always reorder when they have it in stock. Packing is always careful, the bottles arrive cold enough and nothing has ever broken. The staff on the phone were lovely when I rang to ask about a case I wanted to swap for something sweeter, and they sorted it straight away.
Read moreHad a picnic planned with my flatmates and realised we had no wine, so I ordered some rosé the same morning. It was on my doorstep by the evening, which was a nice surprise. Didn't love the fiddly way the promo code box works but got there in the end.
Used this instead of going to the offy down the road and it was cheaper once the offers were on. Basket was easy on my phone, didn't have to log in twice. One of the bottles came slightly later than the others but it was still fine. Would use again.
I got the Rioja on a whim because it was on offer and it's honestly lovely, nice and smooth without being heavy. The order came quickly and was well packed. Only small thing was the box was a bit bigger than it needed to be, but that's a minor gripe.
They're always reliable for us and I've ordered from them for a good few years now. This time one of the bottles wasn't quite what I'd pictured from the listing, but the staff sorted a swap without any argument. The delivery was on the day they quoted.

Wine on Sale is an online wine retailer based in the United Kingdom that sells a broad selection of wines, with a focus on discounted bottles from well-known producers and regions. The website lists wines by style, origin and price, allowing customers to compare offers across red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. Customers can browse its promotions and seasonal selections from a single online storefront.
The business sells to individual consumers who want good-value bottles for everyday drinking, entertaining and gifts. Orders are placed through the website and delivered to the customer's address, with the company operating as a direct retailer rather than through a network of shops.
