I ordered a case of wine for my son's birthday and the delivery arrived exactly in the slot I chose, which I wasn't expecting. The bottles were wrapped properly and nothing rattled. Pricing was reasonable compared with the high street. The driver checked my details kindly and was patient with the stairs. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
Read moreWe had guests arriving unexpectedly and I needed something I could heat up without fuss, so I turned to the site. The selection was smaller than I expected for a weekday evening. The meal was tasty enough but the portion was a touch small for three of us. Delivery came within the window, which I was grateful for. The price was a bit above the supermarket, though I can understand why.
Read moreI placed my order for a particular cheese for a family gathering and the one that arrived was a different variety, which I was not pleased about. Once I rang the customer team they were courteous and arranged a credit on my account. The delivery itself came on the day I asked for. Ordering was straightforward and I found the site easy to navigate.
Read moreOrdered a few bits on my phone on the way home and it was done in like a minute, the saved address saved me loads of typing. Stuff came in the slot I picked. Only thing is the app crashed once when I tried to add a voucher, but I got it sorted in the end.
The item I ordered was lovely, the speciality tea in particular was fresh and well packed. What stood out to me was how neatly the order was split into sections. Returning a jar that had cracked was less pleasant, as the form took a while to find and I had to chase it. Otherwise pleasant.
Tried a few delivery apps this month and this one had the best range of fresh bread. The app is clear and the checkout was simple. Prices are higher than the others though, and I found the cheaper brand of milk cost a fair bit more than I expected. Delivery was on time.
