We needed a decent wine selection for a dinner party and kept the budget tight. This ended up being far better value than the high street wine shops for what we got. The bottles arrived well wrapped and cold packs were included for the summer heat. Everything arrived in good shape and we'd happily go back.

Needed a gift fast for a leaving do tomorrow so ordered this on my phone at lunch. Checkout was a bit fiddly with the address box but got through it. Arrived the next day, bit of a squash on the box but everything fine.

Really happy with my first order, the hamper was packed well and everything was there. I wasn't sure what to expect from a site I'd never used but the checkout was easy and the confirmation emails came through straight away. Will be ordering again.

Grabbed the sauce set for the weekend braai and they went down a treat. Each bottle was a different heat level which made it fun. Came in one piece and the instructions on the side were clear. Mint.

I've been ordering the mature Cheddar selection for about six years now. Still good, though the last box arrived with one of the crackers gone to dust. They sorted a replacement but it took a week, which was a bit slow for me.

Tried a few different sites for a Christmas food hamper before settling on this one because it had the most variety. Ordered a hamper for a colleague's leaving card and the delivery window on the checkout said between 9 and 5 which is useless when you're at work. Stuff arrived fine in the end, just no heads up from them and had to chase the courier myself, which was a faff on a Friday.

Compared to the other place I usually look at, this worked out about a fiver cheaper for the same amount. Delivery was included above the minimum so no extra charge. Does the job for the money.

I shortlisted this and a rival brand for a birthday box and went with this one in the end. The chocolates were beautifully made and the ribbon was a nice touch. Delivery was fast and nothing got squashed. Glad I picked it.

I've been ordering from them for close on ten years and they're still my first choice for a Sunday roast meat box. The quality hasn't slipped and the staff on the phone know who I am now. Delivery has always turned up when they say it will.

Honestly this beat the cheap supermarket box I used to get, the stuff actually turned up cold and in one piece. Ordered on a Sunday night, it was at mine by Tuesday lunch which was mad. Would get again.

Went straight for the cured meats again, as I always do with them. The chorizo is still the best I've tasted from any shop. Packed well with ice packs, just as it has been for years. Happy customer.

The tiny card with tasting notes on it is what got me, actually really helpful. Made my boyfriend try the smoky one and he was hooked. Bit of a faff to reorder but the drink itself is lovely.
