Got a whole chicken for the first time online and wasn't sure what I'd get. It was a decent size, well packed and still cold on arrival. Roasted it Sunday and it was juicy, easily the best one I've done at home.

I needed loads of meat for a friend's birthday bbq and I'd left it way too late to get to the shops. Found this place, ordered on the Thursday and it was on my doorstep Friday. Saved my life tbh.

First time I'd ordered a whole chicken online and I wasn't sure what to expect. The bird was a good size and tasted better than the usual supermarket one. The one thing that let it down a bit was that the delivery window was wide and I had to wait around for most of the afternoon.

I've been ordering from them for about six years and the stuff is noticeably better than what I used to get from the big supermarket, the cuts are thicker and they actually arrive cold. The site is a bit clunky to navigate if you're on a phone, which is why I've knocked a star off, but I've never had a bad box and I keep coming back.

Got a bulk box of mince and chicken thighs for the freezer and the price per pack worked out better than the supermarket. Meat arrived frozen solid and the portions were what it said. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account first.

I was struck at once by how beautifully marbled the topside joint was when I unpacked it. I have bought joints from the large supermarkets for many years and this is noticeably better, with a flavour I did not expect. The order was simple to place and it arrived when promised. Way better than the meat from tesco, the mince is actually red not grey and it doesn't leave a load of water in the pan. Ordered it on the app in like two mins. Delivery came when it said. Would get again lol.

Honestly they're the best option for decent meat delivered to the door. I compared them with two other online butchers and a farm shop, and they came out ahead on quality for the money, though one of the other places was a few pounds cheaper. The chicken was plump and the mince was lean. Only minor gripe is the delivery slot was a bit of a wait the first time.

Compared with the supermarket's premium range, these came out cheaper per kilo for better meat, which is what sold me. Ordered the bulk mince and a couple of joints, all of it arrived packed in ice and in good nick. Ordering is simple once you've got an account and the substitution notes were clear. For the money I can't see me going anywhere else at the moment.

I did wonder whether the freezer packs would be adequate, but the meat arrived frozen through and I have since stocked up with a good supply. The customer service team answered my query about a delivery slot promptly and courteously. I find the quality of the lamb steaks very pleasing, and the portions are sensible for a household of two.

I ordered a box of ribeye steaks as my first order and I was a bit nervous about paying for steak I couldn't see in person. They arrived well packed, still cold, and each steak was a good thickness. I cooked two of them for my husband on the Friday night and they were properly tender with a nice bit of fat along the edge. Pleased I took the plunge really.

Pricier than my usual butcher but the steak is noticeably better and I've compared a couple of other online options before settling on this one. Ordering was simple and the order came well packed. A few pounds more than the cheapest place I found, which is why I've not given it five.

Honestly this is sound, would order again. Ordered a load of sausages and some chicken thighs, they came frozen solid and stayed that way. Price is about the same as the big supermarkets, maybe a tiny bit more but the quality is better. Easy to order, got a text when it was coming.

Bought the sausage selection box as a first order and honestly they were the best sausages I've had in ages. Arrived the next morning in a cool box, everything was still frozen solid and the cooking instructions were on the card. Will definitely order again.

I'd say their joints are considerably better than those I've bought from the large supermarkets, the marbling is lovely and the meat holds its flavour. I have always found the ordering process a simple affair, and the delivery arrived when promised. I'm very content with my purchases.

Definitely the best steak I've had from a delivery service and the ribeye was lovely. Small thing is the ordering page took a while to load on my phone and I had to refresh twice, but the order itself came through fine and everything was cold.
