This is the best roaster I've tried in years, and I've had a lot of them through my hands. The natural process Colombian is well balanced with good acidity and a clean finish. Roast dates are clearly printed and the beans are never stale. Ordering was smooth and delivery was prompt.
Read moreThe bag that arrived looked different to the picture on the site, the label is smaller and the blend name is harder to read. The coffee tastes fine but I was expecting the same as the photo. I contacted them and they replied after three days, which took a while. Delivery was quick though.

Got the cold brew bag from them and it's proper good. Made it in a jar overnight and it was smooth with no bitterness. Arrived in two days. Would get it again.
Needed more beans before the weekend so ordered on my phone on the way to work. Checkout was quick and it came the next day, which was fine. Nice coffee, no fuss.
Bought the single origin Kenyan from them after drinking a lot of blends. The blackcurrant notes are very clear, which is just what I was after. Knowing the farm and the processing method on the bag is a nice touch. It came well packed and the roast date was recent. Really pleased.

The grind options on the order page are what I noticed first, you pick coarse, medium or fine and it arrives ready for your kit. I've got a cheap hand grinder that I was going to use but didn't have to. Ordering took two minutes and it arrived the next day. Coffee tastes good, nice and bright.
I have bought from this roaster for some years now and it remains a sound supplier. The filter blend is consistent from one bag to the next, which matters to me. Delivery has always been prompt and the packaging keeps the beans fresh. I have nothing to complain about.

Switched over from the big chain coffee shop beans and the difference is obvious in the first cup. The flavour is cleaner and more interesting than the usual. Easy to order and the bag was still fresh when it arrived. Glad I made the switch.
The first thing I noticed was the coarse option for the cafetière, which I'd been struggling to get right at the supermarket. I'd looked at a few roasters before picking these and the info on the origin and roast date was easier to find here. The beans are sweet and not bitter at all. Packaging was fine and it came in two days.
I would say this is an excellent coffee supplier, and I say that as someone who has been particular about her coffee for many years. The decaf is the best I have found, which I did not expect. The bags arrived in good order and the staff answered my question about grind size promptly and kindly. I have no complaints at all and I shall continue to order from them.
