uk. The range is built around single origin and blended coffees, with the roastery describing each one by its origin, processing method and tasting notes so that customers can choose by flavour. Its customers are people who brew coffee at home and want fresh beans roasted in small quantities rather than mass-produced blends.
The company roasts in small batches, which is reflected in its name, and ships its coffee directly to customers from its own site. Its focus is on transparency about where the beans come from and on giving home brewers clear guidance on how to get the most from each coffee.
