What struck me most was the recipe cards, they are printed in a proper large font which I appreciate at my age. The ingredients come pre portioned so there's very little waste, and I've found the fish pie a real favourite. The customer team answered my question about a substitution within a day, which I thought was very civil of them.
Read moreI bought the vegetarian box for my wife and I, and the recipes were perfectly fine once we got to cooking. The trouble was the delivery, which came a full day after the date shown on the site. I did get a message from their team but it took three days to reply to my question about it. The meals themselves were good, though the box was a little dearer than I had hoped.
Read moreI have used this service for a long time and generally like it. This time the box was missing one of the sauce sachets, and it took a few days for the customer team to sort out a replacement. The recipes were good and the meat was fresh, but I expected better after the years I have been a customer. A fair bit of the packaging is plastic which I was not keen on.

Compared to the supermarket meal planner I used before, this works out cheaper once you count the food waste saved. The portions are accurate and the spice blends taste like they should. Signing up was quick and I could change my delivery day without a phone call. I know how these services usually go, and this one is well run.
Went with this over two other meal kit sites and it came out ahead on price for what you get. The recipes are easy to follow and the portions were right for two of us. Ordering took a few minutes and the box turned up when they said it would. Would sign up again and have already told my sister about it.
Needed something for cooking on a budget and my flatmate suggested this. Recipes are simple and the app is easy to use. Got my first box fine. Yeah, would use again.
Honestly really good, the boxes come with everything measured out so you just follow the card and it's done in about 30 mins. Cooked the chicken fajitas last week and my boyfriend asked for them again already lol. Will keep ordering.
We needed a way to get more home cooked dinners on the table after my husband's shift pattern changed. The signup took a couple of minutes and the first box turned up on the day I picked.
We had a hectic few weeks with the kids off school and I needed to stop us living on toast. I ordered on my phone in the car park at the shops and it was quick. The meals are simple enough to cook while the kids are shouting, and the portions fed all of us with some left for lunch. Delivery turned up on the day I chose. Would order again.
Ordered the family box last Tuesday and the bag of veg was spot on, even the herbs. Cooked the chicken thighs with the smoky paprika sachet tonight and the kids actually finished their plates for once. Recipe card was clear, took about 40 mins start to finish. Will be ordering again next week, just need to remember to skip the one week off.
Honestly the best thing I have done for my food budget. Easy to skip weeks on the app and the meals are proper tasty. Box came on time and everything was there. Sound.
