Smells better than my dinner

Ok so the smell when you open the bag is genuinely better than some of my dinners lol. My cat goes mental for it. Ordering was easy on my phone and it came when they said. Would get it again.

Cheaper than the vet food and just as good

Compared to the prescription tins our vet was pushing, this is so much cheaper for the same result and my terrier's coat looks better than it has in years. I'd been buying the big supermarket raw brand before and this works out a fair bit less per meal for a dog his size. The turkey mince comes frozen in a block that defrosts in the fridge overnight, and I just portion it out for the week.

the 2kg mince bags

I went for the 2kg bags of turkey mince for the lab and they're a decent size for the money. The freezer space is the only real issue since they're chunky and don't stack neatly with my other bits. Dog eats it well and the price per kilo is fair compared to the local raw shop. Delivery was a day later than the site said but nothing to write home about.

Sheep's milk add in

The sheep's milk and yoghurt add in is what I always reach for. Mixed in with the meat it makes the dog's dinner look like a proper treat. Been ordering from them for years and it's always the same good quality.

The chicken and rice option

I was pleased to find the chicken and rice option, as my spaniel has a sensitive stomach and needs something gentle. The portioning is very sensible and the packs are clearly labelled, which I appreciate. Delivery was prompt and the cool box kept everything properly frozen. My dog has settled wonderfully, and I am glad to recommend it to other owners who ask.

Needed something quick for the puppy

Our puppy had a dodgy tummy after switching foods and the vet suggested something gentler. Found this on my phone at lunchtime and ordered before I forgot. Ordering took two minutes, delivery was next day in a proper insulated box. Puppy's tummy settled within a few days and she's gobbling it up. Good stuff and it's easy to manage.

Way better than the cheap stuff

Switched from the cheap supermarket dry food to this and honestly it's miles better. The dog's coat looks better and she seems more full up. Easy to order and it turned up on time.

Proper thick and meaty

The mince is nothing like the watery stuff I got before, it's thick and proper meaty. Grabbed it on my phone between meetings and the order was done in a minute. Delivery turned up in a cool box the next day. The dog is loving it and I don't have to think about it.

Chicken and tripe mix

Got the chicken and tripe mix for our two cats, the minced version with the bone in. I've been feeding raw for about six years so I know what to look for and the meat-to-bone ratio here is spot on. Arrived frozen solid in a cool box. Both cats cleared their bowls straight away and the fur has never looked better. Price is fair for what you get compared with the big brands.

Been feeding this for years

We first started feeding this when our old Jack Russell needed something easier on his stomach, and he has been on it ever since. I order every four weeks and the routine is simple. The meals are always the same quality and the packaging keeps them fresh in the freezer. Customer service has been helpful when I had questions about portions. He is now fourteen and still going strong, so I'm very grateful.

My dog loves it

Honestly my dog goes mad when the box arrives. Got it on a whim and she's obsessed now. Packaging was tidy and the frozen bits came frozen. Would definitely order again, she's happy and so am I.

The chicken smell

Honestly the smell when you open the bag is so much nicer than I expected for raw food. My cat sniffed it and went straight in. Delivery was quick and the box was still cold. Would get it again.

Arrived partly thawed

Ordered the chicken mix for the dog and it arrived with some packs soft and starting to thaw. Not ideal when you've got the cool box waiting. Quality seems fine once they're refrozen but I'm annoyed about it. Had to message them and it took two days to get a reply.

the 2kg bags

Bought the 2kg bags of beef mince for the dog, which is the size I need to keep the freezer manageable. The bags are sealed well and each one is portioned so I can defrost what I need. Price per kilo is decent when you compare it with the local pet shop. Delivery was on time and the cool box kept everything solid. Nothing to complain about, just does the job I need it to do.

Needed a change for my dog

My old spaniel had gone off his kibble and the vet mentioned raw might suit him better. I'd never fed raw before so I was nervous. The starter pack made it easy to try, with clear feeding guides. He took to it in a day and his skin has cleared up nicely. Delivery arrived on the day with everything still frozen.

Better than the tins

Compared to the wet tins I used to get from the supermarket this is way better for my cat. The tins were all jelly and she'd leave half of it. This stuff is proper meat with bits in and she licks the bowl clean. Only thing is the delivery slots fill up fast so you have to book early, which is a bit annoying. Price is a bit higher than the tins but she's eating better so I don't mind.

Switched from the big brand

Needed a raw food that the dog would actually eat after the last brand got binned. Been using this for a few months now and it's a solid option. Bags are a bit smaller than I'd like so it's not the cheapest, but the dog's coat has improved and his digestion is better. Delivery was fine.

Pricier than the supermarket but worth it

Compared with the supermarket raw brands this one is a bit pricier, the bags are not huge and you do end up ordering more often. The dog eats it without fuss though, the tummy is better and the coat looks healthier than on the kibble. Order process on the site was simple and the delivery came in a cool box with ice packs as promised, although the slot was a bit late in the afternoon.

really good for the dog

Honestly one of the best things I've bought for my dog this year. Ordered the starter box as a first time customer and the mix of meats came packed in proper freezer bags, all labelled up. My lab is thriving on it, coat is shinier and his stools are firm. Easy to order through the site and the checkout was quick. Will be reordering once the trial bag runs out.

good but not cheap

Tried this for our rescue greyhound, who is fussy. He eats it, which is the main thing. It is a bit pricier than the supermarket raw options so I'll only buy it as a treat for him.
