lamb mix never lets us down

The lamb and veg mix is the one we have ordered for years now, since our springer started getting spotty after the last brand we tried. Every box arrives on the day they say, the bag is sealed properly and the portions are measured out so nicely that I stopped weighing them myself. Our dog is still bright eyed and her coat looks better than it did. Would not switch.

Needed something low fat

We needed a low fat food for our older spaniel who has been put on a diet by the vet. Looked at several options before settling on this one. The portions are clearly marked and she seems to like it.

good value for the money

Best value for money I have found for a multi cat household. The big bags work out much cheaper per kilo than the shop brands and the delivery is always on time.

Needed something for my new puppy

Got a puppy last month and the breeder said to stick with the same food for a while so I went looking for something decent. Found this one and ordered the starter pack. Everything arrived quickly and the instructions on the box were clear about how much to feed. Pup is doing well and the poo is solid, so far so good.

Not what i expected

Ordered this to try and it was not what I expected from the photos on the site. The kibble pieces are much smaller and my dog spent ages picking them out of the bowl. Customer service did get back to me, but it took about three days. Probably not one I will try again.

bulk bag saves a fortune

We needed a decent dry food for our two lurchers after the supermarket brand kept changing its recipe and upsetting their tummies. Ordered the larger bag from the site on a monthly subscription and the per kilo price works out well below what we were paying locally. Arrived in good time each month and the dogs have settled nicely on it. Nothing else to add really, just does the job for the money.

Puppy starter bundle

Got the puppy bundle for my new pup and the sample sizes were a nice touch. The little pouches are easy to carry and the food smells decent. Pup took to it straight away, no tummy trouble so far.

settled on this one

Tried two other brands first and this was the one that finally agreed with my rescue greyhound. The tins are easy to portion and she has been eating them happily for months.

stays on the cheaper side

I compared this with the big branded tins at the vet and this comes out cheaper for the same weight. We have been buying from them for years and the cat has never had a problem. Ordering is easy and the account keeps a record of what we bought before. Delivery is usually fine, though it can take a few days in the winter.

Better than the pet shop one

Switched from the pet shop brand because it was not agreeing with my cat and this one has been much kinder on her tummy, plus it was a bit cheaper per pouch. Ordered through the app on my phone while waiting for the bus, which was easy. Delivery came the next day and everything was in good nick. Cat is happy so that is all I care about.

Pricier than the vet stuff

Compared to the tins the vet sells this looked like a bargain at first but it works out more per pouch once you add delivery on a small order. The food itself seems fine so far, our puppy wolfs it down. Took a couple of days to get a reply when I asked about the portion guide, which was a bit slow for a first order. I will see how the next few go before deciding.

Treats went down well

Picked up the chicken jerky treats to see how my beagle got on, and she goes mad for them. Delivery was a day late which was annoying but not a big deal. The bag is a bit small for the price though, I got through it quicker than I expected. Would probably buy them again.

First order of the dried mix

I bought the dried mix to try because my dog has been itchy and the vet suggested changing diet. It has been okay so far, the itching has eased a bit but not gone. The portions are on the generous side so the bag lasts less time than I thought it would. Delivery came well packed and on time, though I did have to chase a refund for a damaged item.

Chicken and rice tins

Been buying the chicken and rice tins for our old collie for over three years now. They are a bit pricier than the big names but she will eat them when she turns her nose up at everything else. Delivery has been reliable apart from one week when a box came a day late. Still happy to keep ordering them.

better than the shop version

I did try the well known brand from the supermarket first, but my cat turned her nose up at it after a week. These are a far better match and she eats them happily, which I was grateful for. The order process was straightforward and I was not made to wait long for a reply when I had a question about the portion size. I am very pleased with them.

been ordering for ages

I have been a regular with them for about four years now and the subscription is easy to manage through the site. The fish based dry food is the one our cat will actually eat without leaving half of it. Price has crept up a little over the past year but the quality still holds and deliveries are reliable.

Quick order and great food

Great food, my labrador is mad for it. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in a couple of minutes. Arrived the next working day. Happy with it.

Best grain free option i have found

This is a very good wet food for a dog with a sensitive stomach, and I have been feeding raw and tinned for about ten years so I know what I am looking at. The protein list is short and the ingredients are named properly rather than vague. My spaniel's coat looks better within a few weeks and her stools are firm. Packaging was fine and the tins arrived undamaged in a proper box.

needed food for my rescue

Needed something gentle for my rescue dog who has a dodgy stomach. This one has sorted it out and he is much less gassy. Ordering was easy and it came the next day.
