Ordered the sofa set on my phone in the car park at work, took maybe five minutes. Confirmation came straight away and the tracking link worked. Driver rang me when he was outside which was handy since I'd no idea when I'd be home. Set was in one piece and the fabric matches the photos. Nothing to moan about really.
Read moreI bought the outdoor cushion set and the colour in the photos was a lot brighter than what turned up, more of a faded beige. The stitching is fine and it does the job, but I know my fabrics and this is clearly not the same cloth as the pictures. Sent a message and they said they would sort it, though it took a few days to hear back.
Read moreWe needed an outdoor set for the garden after the old one rotted through over winter. I know my way round garden furniture after years of buying bits for the allotment shed and the patio. The frame is solid and the cushions are sensible with proper ties. Delivery was a day later than the slot but they phoned ahead. Ordering was easy and the price was competitive for what you get.
Read moreQuick one, I just needed a refill for the week. The checkout took a minute and it turned up the next day with no drama. Took a bit of a squint to find the right size on the app but got there.
Got a little side table and it came next day which was class. Only thing is the instructions were a bit vague so took me ages to put together. Price was fine and the checkout was easy enough. Would order again.
I needed a proper lounge set for my sister's hen weekend at short notice, and I have been coming back to Peachaus for about six years now. It was sorted in a few days, the staff on the phone were patient with me when I kept asking the same questions, and it looked lovely on the day.
The sofa is lovely and the grey matches what I wanted, exactly what I was after. Delivery took nearly three weeks though, they said stock was coming in. Checkout on the app was smooth and the price felt fair. Would order again but I'd check the lead time first.
