Ordered the sofa set on my phone in the car park at work, took maybe five minutes. Confirmation came straight away and the tracking link worked. Driver rang me when he was outside which was handy since I'd no idea when I'd be home. Set was in one piece and the fabric matches the photos. Nothing to moan about really.
Read moreI bought the outdoor cushion set and the colour in the photos was a lot brighter than what turned up, more of a faded beige. The stitching is fine and it does the job, but I know my fabrics and this is clearly not the same cloth as the pictures. Sent a message and they said they would sort it, though it took a few days to hear back.
Read moreWe needed an outdoor set for the garden after the old one rotted through over winter. I know my way round garden furniture after years of buying bits for the allotment shed and the patio. The frame is solid and the cushions are sensible with proper ties. Delivery was a day later than the slot but they phoned ahead. Ordering was easy and the price was competitive for what you get.

Looked at two other places first and this was a fair bit dearer than one of them for the same sort of set. Went with them anyway because the reviews looked decent. Ordering was simple enough but the site kept timing out when I tried to save my basket. The set itself is ok, nothing special.
Compared with the other firm I looked at, this was a bit cheaper on the base price, but the add ons pushed it back up. The product itself is decent enough and the instructions were clear. The delivery window was wider than I would have liked, and I had to wait in for most of a day.
