needed something for a sleepover

Needed snacks for a sleepover with my mates and didn't want to faff about in town. Got these delivered and they were a hit, the mini cakes disappeared in about ten minutes. Ordering was dead easy on the app. Arrived when they said it would. Would order again for sure, they were proper good.

needed something for my mum's birthday

My mum has been ill this year and can't get out to the shops much, so I needed something she could enjoy at home without any fuss. A friend recommended these and the selection was great. The cake was lovely and she was delighted, she's already asked when the next one is coming. I was impressed with how carefully everything was packed.

The sourdough was lovely but the box was a bit squashed

The sourdough was honestly the best I've had from a delivery service, really good crust and open crumb. One of the loaves got a bit squashed in the box though, so I had to eat it first. Ordering was simple and the price is fair. Delivery was quick, just the packing could be a bit firmer.

A lovely rye loaf

I ordered the rye loaf for a small gathering with my husband's cousins, and it was the highlight of the spread. The crust was firm and the crumb had a proper depth to it that I didn't expect from a delivered loaf. The site was straightforward to use and the staff were courteous when I rang with a question about my order. I shan't hesitate to order again.

the rye loaf is the one

Ordered the rye loaf to go with some cheese and it's the best one I've tried from them. Dense in the right way with a proper sour tang. Came well wrapped and still warm enough to smell. Ordering took two minutes and the price is fine for a loaf this good. Will keep buying it.

Still my go to

Been ordering from them for about four years now and they've never let me down. The seeded loaf is the same every single time, which is exactly what I want from a weekly treat.

Good but the delivery was slow

Honestly the best of the bunch I tried. Took about a week to arrive though, which is longer than I expected for something that's meant to be fresh. Price is fair for what you get. Might order again but I'd check the delivery dates first.

First order was a nice surprise

Ordered a box for my sister's housewarming and wasn't sure what to expect. Everything inside was fresh and nicely presented for a gift. Booking the delivery was easy and it arrived the day we agreed. She loved it and so did I.

good bread but a bit pricey

Good bread, I'll say that for them, the crust is properly crisp and the crumb holds up. Compared with the other bakery subscriptions I looked at it's on the expensive side though. Ordering was no bother and it turned up on the day. Happy enough with it.

My usual Friday treat

I've been having the seeded loaf from them for a good while now and it's the same quality every time. Bought it again last week and it was still soft on day three, which is what I like. Delivery came in the morning as promised. Nothing to complain about, it's just my favourite.

better than the bakery down the road

Quick one, I was getting my cakes from the bakery on the high street and these beat them. Fresher and cheaper once you factor in the travel. Ordering took a couple of minutes on my phone, which is what I needed. Arrived on time. Yes.

needed a last minute gift

I needed a gift for my flatmate's leaving do and ordered a box at the last minute. It arrived the next day which saved me. The cookies were a massive hit with everyone. Really happy with it.

Way nicer than the shop ones

Way nicer than the cakes you get in Tesco, these are actually fresh and not dried out. Ordering was quick on my phone and I got a decent price. Delivery was on time. Lush, will get more.

The flour blend is spot on

Bought the sourdough starter kit and the flour blend that comes with it is properly milled, you can feel the difference in the dough straight away. Loaves rise better than the stuff I was getting from the big brand. Instructions were clear and the starter was alive when it arrived. Would buy again for sure, it's the first thing I've reordered from them.

The lemon drizzle loaf

I've ordered the lemon drizzle loaf every month since last spring and it's still the one I look forward to. It arrives in good time and the cake is always fresh, not stale at the edges like some do. The site is easy to use and I've never had any bother changing my order. Our Sunday visitors ask where I got it from.

Sign up was quick and cheap

The cheapest way I could find to get decent bread without going to town. Signing up took about five minutes and the first box turned up on the Thursday as promised, which was handy. The price is fair for what you get, and I've not felt short-changed yet. Will keep ordering.

Better than the high street bakers I usually use

I'd been using the high street bakers for weekend bread and these have turned out better than I expected for the price. The loaves hold up well for days and the crust stays crisp, which the local place can't manage. Ordering through the site was straightforward and I could see the delivery slot before paying. First order arrived in good order and I've already set up a regular one.

Way better than the supermarket box

I used to buy the supermarket cake boxes for the kids and these are miles better, the sponge is actually moist and not dry like the ones from the shop. We've been getting the monthly box for about three years now and it's never let us down, the biscuits are my husband's favourite and he hides them from me. Packaging was sturdy and nothing got squashed on the way over this time.

tried a few before settling on these

Had tried two other bakery boxes before this one and this came out on top for me. The cookies are chewier than the others and the price is about the same. Site made it easy to pick what I wanted. Everything arrived in one piece. Would go with these again over the rest.
