Had never bought from Lavazza before, just grabbed the medium roast beans on a whim. Compared to the supermarket brand it has a much richer flavour and less acidity, which made a real difference on my morning coffee. The bag was well sealed and the grind options made it easy to pick the right one for my machine. Delivery arrived quicker than I expected.

Unfortunately the coffee was a lot weaker than I was expecting and the bag was smaller than the picture suggested. The delivery also took over a week and the first email about it went unanswered for days. Not terrible, but I'd look elsewhere next time.

Read moreCompared a few options first and ended up with the Qualità Rossa beans. They taste lovely, with a proper roasty finish. It is a bit more expensive than the other brands I looked at though, so I'll probably wait for an offer next time.
Switched from Nespresso pods to the Lavazza capsules because they were cheaper per cup. Taste is a bit less intense than I expected but still nice and it works in my machine. Delivery was fine, arrived in two days. Only small niggle is the box is a bit flimsy.
Ordered the medium roast beans and the coffee itself is lovely, nice and rich without being bitter. Delivery took longer than the site said, about six working days, and I had to message them to find out where it was. They replied the same afternoon though, so no real drama. Price is a bit above the supermarket but fair for the quality.
Honestly the coffee is great, my flat mate and I are both hooked on the medium roast. It is a bit more than the supermarket one though, so we only buy it when we fancy a treat. Still worth it.
