Had never bought from Lavazza before, just grabbed the medium roast beans on a whim. Compared to the supermarket brand it has a much richer flavour and less acidity, which made a real difference on my morning coffee. The bag was well sealed and the grind options made it easy to pick the right one for my machine. Delivery arrived quicker than I expected.

The delivery also took over a week and the first email about it went unanswered for days. Not terrible, but I'd look elsewhere next time.
