The driver fitted the water cooler in the hallway of our flat and checked it was running before he left, which I didn't expect. The first bottle was already on, and the whole thing took maybe twenty minutes, so we had cold water that evening rather than the next week like I'd feared.
Read moreFirst order and the first thing I noticed was that two of the bottles had leaked inside the box, so the cardboard was all damp and the bag was sticky. Nobody answered the contact form for three days and when they did it was a template reply asking for photos. Water itself seems fine but I'm not sure I'd bother ordering again given the start.
Read moreWe've had their water in the office kitchen for a long time now, so I order from them more or less every few weeks. What I like is that the drivers are consistent and the bottles fit the cooler without fuss. The one thing that's changed is that the account portal logs you out every time you visit, which is irritating when you're trying to change a standing order. Otherwise it's been a steady…
Read moreOrdered on the app on a Tuesday and the bottles came Thursday, which is fine for me. Only thing is the driver rang the bell and I was in the shower so had to meet him at the door in a towel, but he was decent about it.

Would order again, the bottles turned up on the day I picked, the driver was polite and didn't make a fuss about the stairs. Took about a minute to sort the whole order on my phone while waiting for the kettle to boil.
Reordering took about two taps on the app since my details were already saved. Delivery came in the window they gave, and the driver was quick and polite about it. Water tastes clean and I've not had any complaints so far.
Booked the four pack of the sparkling water through the site on a Wednesday for a weekend thing with mates. Checkout asked for a delivery window and I picked the afternoon, and the crate turned up at about two o'clock as promised. Bottles were cold and the seals all looked fine. Nice and easy for a first order.
I used to pick up bottled water from the corner shop, and when I priced it up against this the delivered bottles came out cheaper per litre. I don't have to lug them home which is a bonus. The first delivery was on the day they said and nothing's gone wrong since.
Bought their sparkling mineral water for a dinner party and it was lovely with ice and lime. The bottles had a proper seal and the delivery was on time. Nothing else to say really.
Ran out of drinking water on a Sunday and needed something before the shops shut. Ordered on the app in the car and it came Monday morning, which was fine.
Yeah this is good, ordered the sparkling pack for a night in with my flatmate and it was gone by Sunday lol. Bottles were nice and cold when they came and the driver was sound about it.
We moved into a new flat with no water cooler and the landlord said to sort our own drinking water, so I went looking for a delivery service that would drop bottles off and fit a dispenser. Signing up was easy enough and the first delivery arrived the day after I booked it. The bottles were heavy but the driver carried them in for us. Water tastes fine and the bill has been straightforward.
