The driver fitted the water cooler in the hallway of our flat and checked it was running before he left, which I didn't expect. The first bottle was already on, and the whole thing took maybe twenty minutes, so we had cold water that evening rather than the next week like I'd feared.
Read moreFirst order and the first thing I noticed was that two of the bottles had leaked inside the box, so the cardboard was all damp and the bag was sticky. Nobody answered the contact form for three days and when they did it was a template reply asking for photos. Water itself seems fine but I'm not sure I'd bother ordering again given the start.

The bottles came in fine but the dispenser they sent was a bit fiddly to get the bottle seated, and it took a phone call to the site to get the instructions sorted. Price is about what I'd expect, though.
