Needed something for a flatwarming on Saturday and my mate suggested Hone. Ordered on the site lunchtime, it turned up the next morning, tins were fine and the bottles were properly wrapped. Pretty happy, would do it again.

Ordered the bulk pack to split with the office and it works out cheaper per cup than the coffee shops nearby. Arrived in two days and everything was in order. Hard to fault for what you pay.

Been buying the house blend for years and it has not changed. The site is easy to reorder from and the parcel always comes when it says it will. Nothing to complain about.

Compared it with two other places before I went with these and they came out a bit more per item. The blend is noticeably better though, and the delivery was spot on. Took the small extra hit on price.

Ordered the sampler box and the tea itself is lovely, good strength and a nice clean finish. A few of the bags had split in transit though, which was a bit annoying with the tea going everywhere. Still, the rest was great and the refund for the split ones went through quickly.

Used to grab the supermarket version but this beats it by miles, way less sugar and actually tastes of something. Compared it with a couple of brands on the shelf first and this was the clear winner. Ordered again the same week.

First time ordering from them and the website was easy enough to use, the checkout took a minute to sign in though. The tea itself is decent but a bit pricier than I expected for what you get. Delivery took about five days, which was fine, but I'm not sure I'd rush back.

Easily the best we have had in this house, and we have tried most things. The taste is smooth and consistent every time we reorder. Delivery has been reliable for years now.

I needed a gift for my sister's birthday and had about four days to sort it. Found the gift box here, ordered it on the Monday and it was at hers by Thursday. The wrapping was really nice and she loved the flavours. Glad I didn't have to go hunting round the shops.

Needed something for the work kitchen after the old supplier stopped answering. Ordered on the site and it turned up on the Thursday, which was fine. The bags were a bit ripped on one corner though and I had to email to ask about it, and it took two days to get a reply.

The little sample pots in the box were what got me, they are so well sealed and the labels actually tell you what is inside. Ordered my first box a few weeks back and everything arrived in one piece. Would happily get another box.

I ordered the honey I had seen recommended, but what arrived was a different variety and the label did not match the one on the website. It was not what I had been looking for, and getting the matter put right took several emails over more than a week. I would not be keen to order again without checking carefully first.

Compared it with the usual jarred version from the big chains and this is noticeably less watery, with a proper depth to it. The jar was a little smaller than I expected for the money. Otherwise delivery was quick and nothing was damaged.

Honestly the best thing we have found for the kitchen in years. We have been ordering from them since the first year and the quality has stayed the same, which is more than I can say for most. Delivery has always been on time and the packing is sensible. Mark from the team even rang once to check a change was right.

Ordered a tea sampler on a whim after seeing it on my mate's insta and honestly it's really good, the strong one is my fave. Delivery was quick too, came in two days. Would get again tbh

I needed a replacement for a worn out blend as my usual shop has stopped stocking it. Ordered through the website and the order confirmation came promptly, though the product itself took a little longer than I had been led to expect. Customer care did sort the matter when I wrote in, so I am content enough with the outcome.

This beats the big named brands I used to buy, the flavour is cleaner and it doesn't leave that tang behind. Been ordering from the same range for ages now.

I bought the cold brew kit because my flatmate kept going on about it. Set it up the first night in the fridge and by the morning it was ready, tasted smooth and not bitter at all. The instructions were clear enough, and the jar fits in the door which I didn't expect. Will be buying the refill next.

Had a look at three other coffee subscriptions before picking these and the price per bag ended up roughly the same, but the coffee tastes far better. The grind options on the form were clear and they got the order right. Our morning routine is much nicer now and we're not going back.

Bought the chai concentrate about two years ago and still reorder it every few months. Mixes into milk without any fuss and keeps well in the cupboard. Nothing has changed, which is exactly what I want.
