took ages to sort a refund

Ordered the usual chicken pack and the treats were fine as always. The problem was a missing item from the order, and getting it sorted took about a week of emails back and forth before a credit appeared. The treats themselves haven't changed and the dogs still love them, but the refund process felt like hard work. I'd hope it's quicker next time.

still our go to after years

Still our go to after years of buying these for the dogs. Quality hasn't slipped, and they arrive on time. The site could be a bit clearer about what's new, but the treats are the same good ones.

Needed something quick for the dog

Needed something quick to keep the dog busy while I was on a work call and this fit the bill. Ordered on my phone on the way home and it turned up next day. He's gone through the first lot already so that's a good sign.

Needed something for the cat

We needed something to tempt our cat back to eating after a poorly spell, and these did the trick within a couple of days. The texture is soft and the smell is fine. Glad we found them.

Better than the vet range

Compared with the range the vet sells, these are a fraction of the price and my greyhound seems just as keen. I've been comparing for a while and this is the one that stuck. Easy to reorder.

Best dog treats we've found

These are the best dog treats we've found in years and I've been buying dog food for our spaniel since he was a pup. The ingredients list is short and the treats are small enough that he doesn't get too many calories, which matters to us because the vet has been on at us about his weight. He's mad for them and they don't crumble in the bag like the cheaper ones do.

Needed something for the new puppy

We got our puppy last month and nobody warned us how much she'd chew everything, so I went looking for something she could gnaw on that wasn't a shoe. Found this and ordered a small pack to try. She went straight for them, and the chew lasted longer than the cheap ones I'd bought from the supermarket. Would be a 5 if the pack had arrived a day sooner.

Much easier than the vet route

Compared with buying from the vet, ordering here was much easier and the treats came in a fraction of the cost. I was a bit worried they'd be too hard for our older rescue but they're soft enough. Order arrived in good time and nothing was broken. Glad I found them.

Better value than the big brand

Compared with the big brand I used to buy from the pet shop, these work out a bit cheaper per treat once you account for the pack size. My lab is a fussy eater but she goes for these first, which saves me money on the bribes I'd otherwise be using to get her to take her tablets. The bag is resealable, so nothing goes stale. Sensible buy for a dog that has opinions.

needed something gentle for the old boy

We needed something gentle for our old collie, as his teeth aren't what they were and he struggles with hard biscuits now. These are soft enough that he can manage them without any fuss, and he's perked up since we switched. The bag seals well so they stay fresh between the weekly visits from my daughter.

better than the supermarket ones

Way better than the supermarket ones my mum used to get, honestly. My cat's a fussy madam and she actually eats these. Ordered on the app, quick and easy, though it took a day longer than I wanted.

the pack sizes are sensible

The pack sizes are sensible, which is the first thing I noticed when I got into it. Our collie has tricky teeth and these are soft enough for him without going to mush. Price is a bit higher than the big names but I'd expect that for a smaller brand. Would be five if the reply to my one question had come sooner.

Good value for the money

Good value for the money, and that's the main reason I keep ordering from them. The treats last ages in our Labrador's bowl and I've stopped buying the expensive stuff from the supermarket. Delivery came when they said it would and the box was fine. Price per treat is hard to beat for what you get, and he's happy with them.

Treats arrived in bits

Ordered the mixed pack and half of it was crumbs by the time it got here. The bag looked fine but something got squashed in transit. Dog's still happy with them but I'd rather not be sweeping up.

decent, if a little dear

For a dog that's fussy about everything, these are the ones he'll actually eat, and I compared a few options before settling on this. Price is higher than the supermarket brand, which is the one real downside. Delivery was fine and the box arrived undamaged.

The packaging stood out

What struck me most was how neatly the box was packed, with the treats in separate little bags so they stay fresh. I did wonder whether it was going to be worth the money, but my terrier has taken to them very well and I have no complaints about the taste. The only small thing was the delivery took a little longer than I'd have liked over the bank holiday.

The little bags are handy

The little bags the treats come in are the detail I liked most, they keep the crumbs down and fit in my coat pocket on walks. My lurcher is picky and these are the first ones he's gone mad for. I got them on a whim after seeing them recommended in a group chat. Delivery was quick and everything arrived intact, which was a relief after a previous order that went to pieces in the post.

the training bites

ordered the training bites for my rescue who is terrified of the bins. they are tiny so i can use loads without him getting full and he actually listens now. definitely getting more.
