I've been buying their espresso for years and the taste hasn't moved, which is exactly what I want. Ordering is quick, the emails are clear about dispatch, and the bags always turn up on schedule. Nothing has ever gone wrong for me.
Read moreSadly the blend has changed over the years and I no longer find it as rich as before. I've been a customer since they first started and I'm disappointed with the latest bags. The service is still polite, but I'm not sure I'll keep ordering.
Read moreCompared with the supermarket own brand I'd been using, this is a clear improvement in flavour and it doesn't taste flat. The order went through without any bother and the delivery was prompt. My one small niggle is that the delivery fee added a little to the total, though it's not a big deal.
Read moreWay better than the coffee I got from the chain, less bitter and smoother. Not gonna lie though, it's pricier than the supermarket stuff and I wish the bag was a bit bigger for the money.
Bought the house blend bag to try, and it's lovely and fresh. The price is a bit higher than the supermarket, though, and the delivery charge on a single bag stings. Fine if you're after something nicer, less so for everyday.

Coupletcoffee is a coffee business that sells whole bean and ground coffee for home brewing and in-cup drinks for people who want a considered cup at home. The range centres on coffee, with brewing equipment and accessories sitting alongside the beans for customers who want to make their own drinks. The brand sells its products through its online store, which is where customers place orders and read about what is on offer.
The company is aimed at people who buy coffee regularly and care about how it is roasted, packed and brewed. Customers reach the business through its website, and the brand's identity is built around coffee rather than a broader range of food and drink.
