Decaf for the evenings, mostly sorted

I did ask for a decaf option when I first signed up, as my doctor has advised me to cut back on caffeine after teatime. The decaf Colombian is pleasant enough and the flavour holds up well in my cafetiere. The delivery was a day later than they had said, though I'm not sure whether that was the post or them. Customer service did reply to my message, which I appreciated, though it took a couple of days.

first order, needed something for the new cafetiere

I'd just bought a cafetiere and needed beans that suited it, so I took a punt on their starter pack. Checkout was simple and the site explained the grind options clearly. The coffee tastes lovely, a bit fruity without being sour. Delivery took four days which was longer than I expected, but it wasn't a big deal.

Better than the coffee shop chain

Honestly the flat white I make at home with their beans is better than the chain on my road. Costs less per cup too which is a nice bonus. Delivery came a day late because the courier couldn't find my flat, took a bit of sorting out. Beans themselves are really smooth and sweet. Would definitely order again, just make sure you put the buzzer number in.

Nicer than the supermarket one but pricier

Compared to the Lidl beans I usually get, these are a bit nicer, more fruit and less burnt. But they're a fair bit more per bag and I'm not sure it's worth it every week. Delivery was fine, came in two days. Ordering took a while because the site kept logging me out. Coffee itself is good, just not sure I'll keep it as my regular.

Needed decaf for the evenings

I needed a decaf option as my doctor has asked me to cut back on caffeine in the evenings. I placed my order by the usual method and was pleased to see the decaf listed clearly. However the bag that arrived was not the blend I had chosen, and it took three emails over several days before the matter was put right. The coffee itself is perfectly pleasant once I had it.

Single origin beans, proper roast

The Ethiopian natural they sent me last month tastes like blueberry jam in a cup, which I did not expect from a bag of beans off a website. I've been roasting my own for about four years so I know what I'm looking at, and the roast date was printed clearly with the origin farm and altitude. Grinds nicely on my Comandante and the bloom was strong on the first brew. I'd happily keep ordering from them.

Bought the beans for the aeropress

Got the washed Kenyan beans for my aeropress, ordered during my lunch break. Checkout was quick, card saved so next time it's one tap. Beans landed in two days and they were still gassy when I opened them, which is what I want. Brew is bright and clean, tastes like blackcurrant. Ordering it again.

Tried three others, these win

Tried three other coffee subscriptions before this one and this is the one I've kept. Price per cup is about the same as the others but the beans are noticeably fresher. Sign up was quick and I could skip a delivery in the app without ringing anyone. Stuck with it now.

compared a few before settling on these

Looked at a few coffee subscriptions before I went with these, comparing prices and what the roasters said about their sourcing. The bag I got has a clear roast date and the coffee is noticeably fresher than the supermarket options I'd tried. Sign up was easy and I could pause the subscription when we went away. It's become the one I order every month now.

Ordered on the bus, arrived next day

Ordered the coffee pods on the bus home from work, checkout took about a minute and I didn't have to make an account. Arrived the next day, the box was still in one piece which is always my worry with the pods. Bought the mixed pack so I can try a few before committing to one flavour. Tasted fine out of the machine, nothing to complain about. Will be reordering before I run out, which is usually my problem.
