Compared it with the deli I usually go to and this came out cheaper per jar of jam for almost the same quality. Ordering took a few minutes and it came the next working day. I'll keep using it for the monthly top up.

I've been ordering the stilton from them for about six years now. It arrives cold and wrapped well, and it's always been the same good quality. The delivery slot is handy. Lovely at Christmas.

I'd been buying the same coffee from the big supermarket for years, so I was sceptical when I tried this one. The beans came freshly roasted and the flavour was honestly a lot richer than the packet stuff. Took about three days to arrive and the bag was still sealed properly. We needed a last minute present for my sister's fortieth so I went back to them, same as I've done for years now. The Christmas hamper came in a box that got a bit squashed in transit but everything inside was fine and the chutney was lovely.

Ordered the mixed red and white box as a trial and it arrived in two days, which was quicker than I expected. Two of the bottles were a bit sweeter than the notes said, and the price per bottle is higher than the shop round the corner. Still might try another box though, the rest was decent and the packaging kept everything cold.

The cheese board box was supposed to come on Friday but turned up the following Wednesday, and nobody told me about the delay until I emailed. Two of the cheeses were warm and a bit sweaty by then. The sign-up was fine but I'm not sure I'd bother again.

Left a message about a missing bottle of olive oil and they replaced it the next day, no fuss. The box was a bit squashed though. Ordering was simple and the prices are fair for what you get.
