Honestly the all butter puff they supply is the best I've used for the price, cheaper than my usual supplier and it laminates really well. Ordered on a Monday, it was with me Wednesday. Happy with it.

Got the vanilla paste here, way cheaper than the other place I use and the bottles are the same size. Checkout on my phone was quick. Delivery was fine too.
Used to pop to the cash and carry every Friday for our café but since switching to these lot the trips have stopped. Ordering is easy enough and the flour and butter come in proper bulk sizes. Only gripe is the delivery slot can slip by a day now and then, which is annoying when you've got a dough waiting.

Bought the icing sugar for the birthday cakes. Pretty much what I wanted and the bags are sturdy. I did find the sugar a touch lumpy in one bag, so I had to sieve it, which is a bit of a nuisance on a busy day. Would still order again.
The protein content on their strong white flour is spot on for a sourdough and the batch to batch consistency is better than most I've tried. Hydration behaves the same every bake. Noticed the bag labels actually list the milling date too, which I appreciated.
Got the porridge oats in the 10kg sacks. The price per kilo is the thing that stood out, it's clearly the cheapest I've found for that size. Quality is decent, a few bits of husk but nothing that bothers the porridge. Delivery came a day late and the driver didn't ring ahead.
