Ordered the card on the app on the bus, took about a week to turn up. Works fine for contactless and I like that I can freeze it in the app if I lose my bag. The card itself is a bit flimsy looking but whatever, it does the job and I've used it loads since.

Needed to get money to my sister in an emergency and didn't have time to faff about with the bank. Sent it from the app and she had it in minutes. Exactly what it's for.

Signed up to split a bill with my housemates. The sign up was quick enough but I got stuck on a step asking for my address twice. Sending money worked fine once I was in, though it's not the cheapest if you're paying by card.

I run a small cleaning business on the side and I've used this for both taking deposits and paying my self employed plumber for about four years. The payment request link means clients can pay without faffing about with account numbers, and the money lands in my balance almost instantly. Fees are clear on the screen before I confirm anything.

Got the physical card to use for my gym membership. Took a few days to arrive and the chip reader was a bit iffy at first but then it was fine. Easy to set the spending limit in the app so I don't overspend.

Been with them since they were just a basic account and the money side has never let me down, but the identity check when I changed my address took the best part of three days and I had to send a photo of a utility bill twice because the first one was cut off at the bottom. Once it went through the balance updated straight away though, so no real complaint once I was in.

Compared it with my bank for sending money to my brother in Lagos and it came out cheaper by a fair bit, which was the main thing for me. The rate is shown up front so there were no surprises at the end. The only niggle is that the transfer took a day longer to show as received than I expected, but the money got there and I'd use it again.

Switched from my bank's app for paying my nan's care costs and this is far easier to use. Fewer screens to get through and the payment shows up almost straight away. Glad I made the move, I rarely go back to the old one now.

Been using it for about six years now and it's still the quickest way I know to send money to mates or split a bill. Tap, pay, done, and the money's usually in their account before they've even finished their drink. Never had a real problem with it, the app has got a lot tidier over the years too, and I've stopped bothering with my bank for anything small.

I needed a simple way to pay my cleaner each week without setting up a bank transfer every time. Set up a regular payment in a few taps and it has gone through every Friday since. Just what I wanted, nothing more.
