Took out a loan to help my daughter with a deposit. The information about the rate and the repayments was set out plainly and I understood it. The money was paid into my account within a couple of working days, as promised. A helpful and courteous member of staff answered my questions by phone.

Compared to my bank's loan process this was miles quicker, I had an answer within minutes on my phone and the money was in my account the next working day. Didn't have to ring anyone or fax anything. Really handy when the boiler went.
