This is the best nutrition plan I've used. The macros are right, the recipes are not overcomplicated and the portion guidance matches what I've learned from years of coaching myself. Clear, practical and easy to stick to. Would happily recommend it to clients.

Ordered the mini protein bars to try, and they're nice enough, a bit chewy but not bad. Arrived fine but a couple of the wrappers were slightly dented. Taste is decent for the price. Maybe try them before buying the big box.

Quality is good and they're fresh, though the pack was a bit smaller than I'd expected for the price. Delivery was quick and nothing got squashed. Would buy again, just might go for the bigger size.

the sign up page is actually really clear, didn't even need to read the faq lol. Picked a plan, paid, done in like three mins. meal boxes turned up the next morning and everything was there. Honestly didn't expect it to be this easy so yeah, would do again

Not bad at all for a first go, the meals were filling and the recipe cards were easy to follow. My only real gripe is the price, it works out quite a lot more per meal than I'd expected. The first delivery was a day late as well, which was annoying, and I had to message them to ask where it was. Customer service did reply but it took a while. I'm undecided whether I'll carry on.

Once it was going the plan is decent and the meals are filling. Just a shame the start was so slow.

What got me was the water reminders, they're not annoying and actually work. Compared a few apps before this one and it's the simplest. Quick download and it just works. Happy with it.
