Pretty happy with it

Booked the online consultation on a Tuesday and the appointment was the following Friday which was fine. The dietitian was nice and actually listened. Only thing is the video kept freezing so I had to repeat myself. Still worth it tbh.

the meal plans are actually good

The meal plans are properly laid out with a shopping list for each week, which I didn't expect. Took me about ten minutes to get set up and I've not had to think about what to cook since. Would do it again no bother.

protein powder and a meal plan

Got the chocolate protein powder from their site while I was waiting for the meal plan to load on my phone, which took a while. The powder is tasty and mixes fine in a shaker. The plan itself is good but the page kept timing out on mobile, so I used my laptop instead.

Clear and sensible advice

I would say this is an excellent resource for anyone wanting sound guidance on eating well. I signed up for the programme after my GP suggested I look at my diet, and the staff answered my questions with patience. I found the whole process straightforward and I am glad I chose it.

Sorted my training diet

Needed a proper diet plan for my training because my mates kept saying I was eating like a student. Got one sorted in a few minutes. The meal swaps are dead useful and it doesn't feel like hard work.

Took ages to get going

I signed up for the nutrition plan in the spring after my GP suggested I look at my diet. The sign up itself was simple enough but the first consultation was booked nearly three weeks out, and then the dietitian's notes didn't reach my account until the day after. I did get sensible advice when we spoke, though I'd have liked a bit more follow up between calls.

Better than the app I was using

Compared to the calorie app I was paying for, this is way more useful because the advice comes from actual dietitians rather than a database. It's a bit pricier than the free stuff but the recipes are worth it. Only small gripe is the search is clunky.

Needed a plan for my knee op

Needed a nutrition plan after my knee op because I wasn't eating enough protein. Signed up on my phone in about five minutes. Plan is decent and easy to follow. No complaints.

First time trying them

This was my first time using any online diet service and I compared it with a local clinic that wanted three hundred quid for a single session. Here I got a full plan and two follow up calls for less. Everything was clear, I'd definitely use it again if I need more help.

Been ordering the supplements for years

I've been buying their vitamin D and omega capsules for about six years now, reordering every couple of months. The packs have always arrived on time and the quality hasn't changed. Happy to keep going with them.

sensible price for the protein

Bought the whey protein tub in the big size because it works out cheaper per scoop than the shops. Taste is decent and it mixes without clumps. Shipping took three days which was slower than I'd like, but the price makes up for it.

needed a quick plan

Needed a plan quick as I'm off to a hospital shift next week. Ordered on my phone, it was fine but the account setup asked me to confirm my email three times. The plan itself is ok, nothing wrong, just a bit long winded to get going.

best one i've tried

Honestly this is the best diet app I've used so far. The recipes are quick and the reminders actually help me stick to it. Got my first plan the same day I signed up, which was a nice surprise.

Compared a few before choosing

Compared this against two other nutrition plans before I went with it, and this one had the clearest breakdown of what to eat and when. The other two were cheaper but the advice felt generic. Took a bit of time to find where to log in though.

protein bars arrived squashed

Ordered a box of protein bars and a few of them arrived a bit crushed in the corner of the box. Taste is good and they're the right size. Would have been nicer if they'd been packed a bit better but they still got eaten.

needed something for the gym

Needed something to stop me eating rubbish after training so I went looking. Found a plan on the site that was dead simple to follow, the meal ideas actually work with what's in my cupboard and I've stuck with it for six weeks now, no complaints at all really.

app kept logging me out

Booked a session through the app and the time I picked was right, but the app kept logging me out during the booking and I had to start again twice. Once I got in it was fine. The dietitian was helpful and the follow up email came through quickly.

Better value than the gym pt

Compared this to a personal trainer I was paying for at the gym, and this works out far cheaper for the same sort of nutrition advice. The plan covers my meals for the week and the shopping lists save me a fortune. Only sort of thing I'd tweak is the portion sizes.

Would use again

I would say the digital plan is very well put together, and I have found it useful in managing my cholesterol. Signing up was simple and I was given my first week straight away. I am content with the service and would use it again.

Reliable for years

I have used this service for a good few years for my wife's diabetes meal planning. The advice remains dependable and the printed guides are clear. The one issue lately is that the renewal reminder came late, so I nearly lapsed my subscription, which was a bother.
