I would say this is an excellent resource for anyone wanting sound guidance on eating well. I signed up for the programme after my GP suggested I look at my diet, and the staff answered my questions with patience. I found the whole process straightforward and I am glad I chose it.
Read moreI signed up for the nutrition plan in the spring after my GP suggested I look at my diet. The sign up itself was simple enough but the first consultation was booked nearly three weeks out, and then the dietitian's notes didn't reach my account until the day after. I did get sensible advice when we spoke, though I'd have liked a bit more follow up between calls.
Read moreThis was my first time using any online diet service and I compared it with a local clinic that wanted three hundred quid for a single session. Here I got a full plan and two follow up calls for less. Everything was clear, I'd definitely use it again if I need more help.
Read moreNeeded a plan quick as I'm off to a hospital shift next week. Ordered on my phone, it was fine but the account setup asked me to confirm my email three times. The plan itself is ok, nothing wrong, just a bit long winded to get going.
Booked a session through the app and the time I picked was right, but the app kept logging me out during the booking and I had to start again twice. Once I got in it was fine. The dietitian was helpful and the follow up email came through quickly.
I have used this service for a good few years for my wife's diabetes meal planning. The advice remains dependable and the printed guides are clear. The one issue lately is that the renewal reminder came late, so I nearly lapsed my subscription, which was a bother.
