This is a good place to start if you have never tried anything like it before. The sign up asked a few sensible questions about your health and goals, and the support team answered my first query within a day. The programme is structured enough that you don't have to guess what to do next. I'd happily go back for the next block.

Signing up dragged on, the health questionnaire had a few questions that didn't apply to me and it took three attempts to get past one page. Honestly it's still a good option after using it for well over a year. Price has gone up a touch but not so much I'd switch. The customer service team sorted a delayed delivery quickly last spring and I've not had a problem since.
Honestly the coach messages came through every single morning for the first fortnight which was a bit much but I've got used to them now. Plan itself is easy enough to follow and the app is fine, just wish you could turn the notifications down a bit more than you can. Would still go again.
