I needed a proper plan for my protein and calories because I'd been guessing for months and it showed. Signed up in a few minutes and the plan felt about right from day one. Happy with it so far.
Read moreThe supplements I bought through the site were the cheapest I could find but they took nearly two weeks to arrive, and the tracking didn't update for most of that time. The bottle was not quite as pictured either, the label was a different colour to the photo. Customer service eventually sorted a replacement but it was a lot of back and forth for something so small.
Read moreCheapest option I found that actually does the job, and I've been on it since the summer. Sign up took two minutes on my phone and the app opened straight away. Meal ideas are fine, nothing amazing but enough variety that I'm not bored yet. Had one issue where a reminder came through twice but I messaged the support team and they sorted it the same day, no bother at all. Would sign up again.
Read moreThe weekly check in call is the bit I've liked most after being with them for nearly three years. Same coach most of the time, so she knows what I eat and what's been going on. Booking the calls through the app takes seconds.
I was pleased that the signup took very little time and the staff replied to my query within a day. The guidance is clear and well set out, though I did find the app a little fiddly.
The plan is sensible and clearly laid out, which is what I was after. I did find the calorie targets a little on the low side at first, though my doctor was happy with the approach once I showed her. The advice on portion sizes has been very useful.
Bought the meal plan kit and it arrived the next morning, which was quicker than I expected. Most of the ingredients were fine but one of the sauces was missing. Support sorted it out but it took a few messages.
