Meal ideas are fine, nothing amazing but enough variety that I'm not bored yet. Had one issue where a reminder came through twice but I messaged the support team and they sorted it the same day, no bother at all. Would sign up again.

It does what it's meant to do and the meal guidance is fine, but I think it's dear for what you get each month. I tried it for three months and then cancelled because I could sort most of it myself with a free app and a bit of planning. The cancellation was a faff, I had to email them as the button on the account page didn't work for me. Not a terrible service but I wouldn't rush back.
The portions in the first box were smaller than the guide said and I had to add extra to get through the day. Support got back to me after three days and sorted a replacement but it was a bit of a faff. The recipes are easy enough and the food tastes fine. Probably would not sign up for a full year.
