The fitting appointment itself was lovely and the audiologist talked me through everything, but the follow up adjustments took three visits in total. Booking the second one was a bit of a wait too, which was the only niggle really.

Booked a basic test through the site on my lunch break, which was easy enough. The confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I rang them to check. The test was quick and the person explained what the numbers meant.

The first thing I noticed was the app kept logging me out every time I tried to see my results. I had to phone in to get them sent through. Once I had them the info was clear and the appointment itself was fine.

This is a dependable place for hearing care and I'd say that's the main thing. Booking was straightforward and I had my check on the day they gave me. The audiologist took her time with my questions about background noise, which mattered to me. Good value for what you get, and I've recommended them to two of my friends.
