The fitting appointment itself was lovely and the audiologist talked me through everything, but the follow up adjustments took three visits in total. Booking the second one was a bit of a wait too, which was the only niggle really.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the app kept logging me out every time I tried to see my results. I had to phone in to get them sent through. Once I had them the info was clear and the appointment itself was fine.
Read moreI booked the full hearing assessment in the spring, which I'm told is the most thorough one they offer. The audiologist was very courteous and explained everything clearly. The appointment itself ran a little over and the letter with my results took longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but otherwise it was a good experience and I'd happily return.
Read moreBooked a basic test through the site on my lunch break, which was easy enough. The confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I rang them to check. The test was quick and the person explained what the numbers meant.
I checked three other clinics before picking this one and they were a bit cheaper on paper. Once I got booked in the appointment was solid and the audiologist actually listened. The price is higher than some places though, so it's not the cheapest option around.
