the protein bars are actually nice

Honestly the first thing I noticed was they don't taste like cardboard, which is rare for protein bars. Chocolate peanut is my fave. Ordered on a Monday and got them Wednesday. Will be ordering more before the month's out.

needed something for low calorie days

I needed a structured plan after my GP suggested I cut back on carbs, and I'd tried two other apps that were too vague. The meal plans here break the calories down properly. The recipe search could be better though, and it took me a while to find the swap feature.

took ages to get a reply

Quick note because I'm on my phone between jobs. Ordered a tub of the protein powder and it came fine, but I had a question about the refill date on my subscription and it took three days to get a reply. The answer was useful once it came. Price is a bit higher than the big online retailers but I accept that for the convenience.

sachets arrived well packed

I ordered the meal replacement sachets in vanilla and they arrived within the week, which I was pleased about. The packaging was sound and nothing had leaked. I did find the powder a touch clumpy when I first mixed it with cold milk, so I've taken to using a small whisk. Otherwise I have no complaints and I'd happily order again.

Way quicker than my old gym app

Compared to the gym app I had before, this is much easier to just open and log what I've eaten, no faffing about. Signed up on a Sunday and had my first meal plan by Monday morning, which I wasn't expecting. Only thing is the barcode scanner missed a couple of things from the supermarket.

The portion guide made the difference

What stood out most was the portion guide on the meal plan, which showed me what a sensible serving actually looks like on a plate. I'd tried two other programmes before and both left me guessing. The recipes are straightforward and the shopping list saves me time on a Sunday. Deliveries have been reliable so far.

Better than the gym app i had

Way better than the gym app I was using before. This one actually tells you what to eat instead of just counting for you. Easy to follow, no faff. Would use again.

Good plan, slightly fiddly app

Would say it's a good plan for getting back on track with eating. The app is where it gets a bit annoying, logging meals takes longer than it should and I had to re-enter things twice. Once you've got your routine it's fine. Delivery of the box was on time and everything was there. Would stick with it.

Have used their supplements for years

I have been buying their vitamin D and omega capsules for about six years now, always the same order each month. The capsules have never been a problem and the monthly reminder email keeps me on track. Customer service answered a question I had about dosage within a day when I wrote to them last spring. I'd be lost without the regular delivery now.

fine but a bit dear

Honestly it's fine for what it is, but it's dearer than I expected once the delivery charge was added. The sachets themselves are as described and the order arrived quickly. I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

About Activeposture

Activeposture is a UK business based around posture, movement and everyday wellbeing, offering products and support aimed at people who spend long hours sitting or working at a desk. Its range is built around practical aids and programmes intended to help people improve how they sit, stand and move through the day. The brand presents its approach as accessible rather than clinical, focusing on simple habits and tools that fit into ordinary routines.

Activeposture sells primarily online through its website, which serves as the main point of contact for customers placing orders and reading about its products. Its customers are office workers, remote workers and people looking for a structured way to address stiffness and posture-related discomfort, though it does not position itself as a medical service.
