Honestly the first thing I noticed was they don't taste like cardboard, which is rare for protein bars. Chocolate peanut is my fave. Ordered on a Monday and got them Wednesday. Will be ordering more before the month's out.
Read moreQuick note because I'm on my phone between jobs. Ordered a tub of the protein powder and it came fine, but I had a question about the refill date on my subscription and it took three days to get a reply. The answer was useful once it came. Price is a bit higher than the big online retailers but I accept that for the convenience.
Read moreI have been buying their vitamin D and omega capsules for about six years now, always the same order each month. The capsules have never been a problem and the monthly reminder email keeps me on track. Customer service answered a question I had about dosage within a day when I wrote to them last spring. I'd be lost without the regular delivery now.

Honestly it's fine for what it is, but it's dearer than I expected once the delivery charge was added. The sachets themselves are as described and the order arrived quickly. I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

Activeposture is a UK business based around posture, movement and everyday wellbeing, offering products and support aimed at people who spend long hours sitting or working at a desk. Its range is built around practical aids and programmes intended to help people improve how they sit, stand and move through the day. The brand presents its approach as accessible rather than clinical, focusing on simple habits and tools that fit into ordinary routines.
Activeposture sells primarily online through its website, which serves as the main point of contact for customers placing orders and reading about its products. Its customers are office workers, remote workers and people looking for a structured way to address stiffness and posture-related discomfort, though it does not position itself as a medical service.
