I've sold three cars through them over the years and this last one was the worst of the lot. The valuation came in lower than the figure on the website and they wouldn't explain why in any detail. Collection was on time at least, but I felt I'd been left to accept whatever they offered.

Booked the van in on the site on a Tuesday morning and had a text back within the hour with a number. Driver turned up Wednesday at half eight like he said, checked the tyres and the bodywork, took the logbook copy and paid me on the spot by bank transfer before he left. Nothing hidden in the offer, no knocking it down when he got there, which was the bit I was dreading.

I was after a fair price with no fuss and this delivered on that. The valuation was in line with what I was seeing elsewhere, maybe a touch under the best figure I found. Collection was on the day and the payment came through the next morning.

Quick and easy to get a valuation, the number was fair. The only thing that caught me out was the collection slipping a day and I had to rearrange my shift. Payment came through fine once it was picked up.

Used the app to book the collection for my old Corsa and it was dead easy to use. Pick a slot, add photos, done. The driver was on time and the money went into my account that day, so no complaints. Only thing is the app kept logging me out so I had to log back in twice.

I'd tried selling my car on a marketplace last year and it dragged on for weeks with people messaging about offers and then not turning up. This was miles easier by comparison. I put in the reg and mileage, got a number straight away, and the payment landed before I'd even finished my tea that evening. Never having to meet strangers was a big plus for me.

Compared with the trade-in offer from my local dealer this came out a fair bit higher, so on value it was the better option. The valuation itself was quick and the driver was fine. However the logbook transfer forms took a couple of rounds with them before they'd accept the details, and I had to chase once. Not a disaster, but it wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped.

I needed to sell my late husband's Fiesta quite quickly, as the estate solicitor wanted the matter wrapped up before the summer. I found the online form perfectly clear and was grateful for the phone call that followed. The gentleman who collected it was courteous and patient with my questions. The payment arrived as promised.

Needed to sell my old Astra quick because the boiler went and the repair bill was more than the car was worth to me. Filled in the form on my phone one evening, had a valuation the next morning and they collected it two days later. Money hit my account same day, no haggling over the price and no faff, which is what I wanted.

I sold a 2012 estate with a full stack of service receipts and the valuation picked up on that straight away, which I didn't expect from a web form. The collection driver checked the paperwork against the V5 and was quick. Logbook transfer was sorted by them, which saved me a trip to the post office.
