This is the one I went with, and it was the best of the three I looked at for a windscreen replacement. Two other sites wanted more for the same job and one had no slots for a week. Booking took about two minutes and the fitter turned up when promised.

I've been working on cars for years, so I know what a clutch job should involve. The booking page listed the work properly, including the flywheel check, which I appreciated. The mechanic I got knew his stuff, and the car drives better than it has in ages. Nothing much to add beyond that.

Compared with the independent garage I used to go to, booking through here is far less of a faff. I have been using them for a few years now for my van. The reminder texts mean I never forget the service, and the workshop has always been on time. Nothing has gone wrong yet.

The service I booked for my little hatchback was exactly the one I had been given by the dealer, down to the same checks, which reassured me. I am not one for websites, but the booking went through without any trouble and the garage rang to confirm the time. The car was returned washed, which was a kind touch.

The brake pads fitted were not the spec I was told at booking. I know my cars and I checked the box before I drove off, so I rang the garage. They had to order the right ones and I had to bring the car back another day. The fitting itself was fine but I had already paid for the original job.

Needed an MOT booked quickly as my old one was running out. Booked on my phone in the car park. Garage was fine, got it done same day. Only thing was I'd picked the wrong date first and had to rebook, took a bit of fiddling to sort. Otherwise decent.

Compared with the dealer, booking here saved me a fair bit on the same service. The only drawback was that I had to chase them once to confirm my slot.
